Slipped Tendon care? Is it too late? | BackYard Chickens - Learn How to Raise Chickens

At first we thought it was splayed leg but after researching more I think it it slipped Tendon. I am afraid it might be to late. We got the ducklings 2weeks ago and noticed this about 5 days ago. We are giving the electrolytes and niacin with starter chicken feed. I have tried to massage and work the leg back and forth and tried to move the tendon back but no luck. Maybe I am not doing it right, I have never done this before. I thought that maybe in the morning when I clean the bedding i could draw a warm bath and let him or her warm up and loosen the leg up then try again. Any help would be appreciated.
