Help!!!! Chicken keeps laying down!

I feel like I’ve posted for help a million times since I’ve joined a week ago!!!! One of my hens is laying down. Like a lot. She’s not even a year old. She laid already today. We pick her up and she will walk around and then lay back down! Her comb is nice and bright. She won’t eat any mealworms and she normally goes nuts over them! Any ideas?!? Thanks!

Same thing is happening with my chicken but she hasn’t layed an egg yet she is a few months old and has been laying down for a week now but getting up to eat and drink and other stuff but we picked her up to feel if she was egg bound and we don’t feel an egg anywhere. If you get any help please lmk
