please HELP!!! me my chicks eyeis ripped

today i saw my chick was away from the group aND SHE has a tear in her eye like if she was a person on the part where you put eyeliner and its a small rip there but she seems like shes not in pain and i have her separeated and there is no puss or liquid buty she cant close her eye a;ll the way butshe seems fine
