14 1/2 week old Chick. Pullet or roo...

Wattle and comb are getting larger but no crowing at all. Squeaky's tail likes to stay up and she is not the queen bee of the chickens. I have 3 other pullets that are confirmed and my biggest pullet is the Queen Bee?Big Boss of the crew. Can't have roo's so I am doing my weekly check on if Squeaky is a pullet. What is your thoughts?

I want to say pullet but she does have a very large comb and wattles for her age.

She doesn't crow but is my loud one when she gets scared. I took a picture of the tail feathers to see if anyone could tell that way too.

Gosh I hope not. Can't keep Roos where I am. Is there a way to tell at this age (15 weeks)
