Normal looking poop...though a little runny.
The white is the urates. Chickens don't pee. They excrete their urine (urate) in the fecal material.
Every day each bird will poop a variety of different looking poop. Sometimes it has more urate than others. If it is hot, they will especially have more urate, with runnier poo. (Since you don't give your location...if you are in warm weather right now, that could explain it).
Also chickens open and close their mouths constantly. Squawking. Adjusting their crop. Panting if it is hot. Many reasons. If it happens to one bird frequently in a course of watching her for several minutes and it progresses through the day, then the bird is having trouble breathing, or possibly has something stuck in her crop or throat, or could be dangerously over heated. Investigation is in order.
But a "gulp" here or there is just normal chicken behavior.
