14 week Easter egger- male or female?

It’s me again! How about this 14 week Easter egger? Male or female. For me I feel like the saddle feathers are rounded but the neck is pointy. No crowing, bigger than the others…not sure. Sorry, I’m new at this!

Do you know what kind of breed has the puffy cheeks like her? We call her Owl.
She is an Easter egger but was curious if any breed is distinct for the puffy cheeks they use for the breeding of an Easter egger

She’s a very common color of hatchery EE. She is EE x EE
 
The muffs and beard is carried over from the Ameraucanas , that’s also where you get color variety in your eggs
