I have 14 birds, all raised together, two of which are Roosters. “Wendell” Originally Wendy until we found out he was a roo has always been kind and skittish, the other “Cash” would walk right up to anyone and was always kind until about a week ago. He has chased my 15 year old and his friend, ran up to me when I had green bean snacks for them and pecked my foot which drew blood, then tonight he pecked my husband when he entered the run. Cash seems to be kind of mean to the girls as well (pulling neck feathers over chunks of bread). He doesn’t have spurs yet, but I’m fearful of those coming in if he keeps acting this way. Any advice to straighten his attitude before hand? I have 2 young boys (3 &6) that play in the yard and I’m nervous as to what Cash would do to them if they got too close to the Hens. The 15 year old said he can handle the dude..

You probably don't want to hear this, but you need to cull him before a child gets hurt. Roosters jump when they attack -- right at face-level for a young child -- and tragic permanent injuries can result.

If you can't bear to eat him yourself, rehome him with FULL DISCLOSURE about his aggression.
Sadly, this.

Cash seems to be kind of mean to the girls as well (pulling neck feathers over chunks of bread).
If he is attacking the girls over food, you don't want to keep him anyway. A good roo or cockerel will give treats to the girls first before taking any for himself. Our boy started giving all treats to the girls around that age, and prior to that he never attacked them for food.

Thank you for all the advice, I started bringing a squirt gun with me to the coop to keep him him under control and it seemed to work well. But tonight I went to close up the chickens home and everyone was accounted for but Cash, I couldn’t find any sign of a struggle, would his house mates kick him out or would he have fallen pray to an animal without a trace? I had seen him in the yard about an hour before sundown and now I cannot find him anywhere.

Some predators can and will carry off a bird entirely.
