Definitely a pullet. This is my EE cockerel when he was around 6-7 weeks old. I have 2 more EE boys & it was painfully obvious to point out all the boys from my batch of 9. Your EE color is very even, boys tend to be splotchy with different colors. These pics show how splotchy colored Slade is as a cockerel. My other 2 EE boys are pure black, but have had huge combs for weeks.
