14-week old Gold Laced Orpingtons - What sex?

These two are 14 weeks old. Any ideas as to if these are cockerels, pullets, or one of each, and if so, which is which. Thanks!

They look like roosters to me.

Both cockerels. Male specific saddle feathers on both.

I was afraid of that. They haven't shown the typical male behaviors of my young Bielefelder or Black Copper Marans cockerels (all the same age), so was hoping there might be a chance they could be pullets. I guess they are just gentle boys.
