Help this poor ducky

[My Ducky]

The mom duck was killed by predators. I put the duck eggs under a broody hen. The chicken eggs hatched. The hen abandoned the duck eggs today. I put the duck eggs in an incubator and the first one peeped 10 hours ago....but, looks like the hen was trying to help it out. Some of the outer shell is missing. It has a small perforation. I am so concerned. First time incubating ducks. Is there anything I could do?

Is he still moving? When broodies do that its instinctive so its usually ok
