15" Bicycle Wheel for a Chicken Plucker

A friend and I are building a chicken plucker (ok, he's building it, and I'm raising the chickens). He says we need a 15" bicycle wheel (not the tire, just the wheel). If anyone in Oregon has one, or someone has one and could ship it (I'd pay for shipping and the wheel if it wasn't too expensive) I would be forever grateful!
