15 pullets out growing the brooder

I have 15 9 week old mixed pullets I built a outside brooder to cut back onto the mess in the garage. But at 9 weeks it is pretty crowded when they are inside.
My question is when can they be moved into the coop with my 12 hens which is plenty big for all of them? I need to make the move soon or get rid of a few pullets which I don't want to do. PLEASE HELP any suggestion or comments will be appreciated thank you in advance

Mine have been outside in the coop since 6 weeks with no heat. I would say that you would be ok to move yours into the "big girl" coop as long as you can introduce them to each other without any pecking issues. You might check all the threads on introducing new chickens.

They have had face to face access through the chicken wire run on the brooder since week 4 and the big girls hang out with them quite a bit. But what about feeding them when can they be switched to the layer pellets?

Feed them ALL a Flock Raiser or All Flock type feed. As the name implies, it is birds of all ages.

Offer the layers oyster shells on the side. The young pullets will show little interest in it, as their bodies do not crave it and absolutely, do not need it. Once the younger pullets come into lay, then you could just stay on the same program or switch everyone over to layer, if you wish.
