15 week old Barred Rock with massive size poop

My barred rock is 15 weeks and is the largest of my flock. She has been laying massive size poop. Doesn’t have a particularly well developed comb or wattles so I don’t think she will be laying soon. Should I be concerned? Is she being overfed? Aside from size, the poop looks normal.

Normally when a chickens poop is large, they're usually holding it in for awhile before they actually go.

Is that a problem? I notice it in the coop under her roost. So it is whatever she produces overnight.

How big is huge? The bigger a chicken gets the bigger the poop gets.

She gives my 12 lb chi mix a run for his money. I’d say close to golf ball size.

She may be closer to laying than you think?
As long as she's eating/drinking/moving around OK, I'd not worry about it.
