Hahahhahaha!! Well my 22 week old Black Orp just started laying!!!! So hopefully your lavs will start soon!!!!

I think you can be confident that you have pullets. I have orps the same age and the roos look completely different and they are crowing. Congrats. I will try to post a picture.

I had a black orp that didn't lay till it was 11 months old. The earliest I've had non-hatchery ones lay is 24 weeks lol. They'll lay when they get darn good and ready!
