15 week old Silkie feet issues

HELP!!!

Will this baby make it? 15 weeks old and webbed feet? Always seemed good but I guess now that it is gaining weight she seems more in the back and hunched here and there…. She eats a bit but I’ve noticed a difference!!

Does she seem to have difficulty walking?

What do you feed, including treats?
