15-week Rhode Island Red rooster or hen?

I am new to raising chickens and have questions about my RIR. S/he came from a swap (my other 3 came from a hatchery,) so I knew it was a 50/50 gamble. It hasn't crowed, but it does make sounds that are different from my known hens, plus it is much larger, despite being a week younger than the rest. Any thoughts?

That is a Cockerel to be sure. He has the bigger wattles and combs then the hen version of the RIR. He is also starting to grow his sickles (long beetle green tail feathers )
