Where is the cheapest place to get the 1502 Digital Sportsman?

Would it be any cheaper to buy the parts and build one?

i watched craigslist. i got a 1266 that i converted to a 1202 for $200. also it was local so no shipping.
for me buying good used was better than new or building.
