16 week old Araucanas, both cockerels?

I'm not seeing male feathering. I think they are pullets. At 16 weeks they would have male feathering if they were cockerels, and very likely they would be crowing.

One of them unfortunately got taken by a predator, but I got a picture of the remaining one.

Next to it is a Maran cockerel that was hatched at the same time and I thought maybe their saddlefeathers could be compared.
