16 week old Delaware and Lt Brahma. Hens or Roos??

These girls/guys have feathered out more and hope someone can help me sex them.

Miss Delaware's neck feathers looked like they had points, but when I put my fingers under them for contrast, they look more rounded. But her comb is quite red. Could she be ready to lay at 4 months??

Charlotte, the Brahma, has rounded, poofy tail feathers that are shaped like a "U" from the back that are different from my other birds. Wasn't sure if this was a Brahma trait or rooster trait.

Any ideas?

The brahma is for sure a female.

Not positive on the Delaware, but I'm thinking boy.

I'm changing my vote on the Dellie. Missed the 16 week part, males at 16 weeks would have saddle feathers. Yours does not, so girl.
