That's a fella for sure with all those shiny, glossy male-specific feathers he's got! His comb is small because it appears to be a pea comb, which are smaller even on males, in which case he's not actually a Rhode Island red. I believe that would make him a Buckeye.
 
Thank you so much folks!!!!! Ducks are my lane, but I was pretty sure the shiny feathers were that of a roo. I also don't know breeds and my hubby told me that they were all RIR. We're both learning, so I really appreciate your help. <3
