16 weeks-cockerel or pullets?

I’m unsure of breed as well. These were part of assortments from Hoover’s. I attached the invoice but I know there are inaccuracies. For example, I don’t have 6 of any one breed and have 2 that I assume are Black Copper Marans instead of 1 because they look identical. I appreciate any guesses! Thanks in advance!

The first is a Lavender Orpington, not 100% on gender, so it needs more time. I honestly am not sure.
The second is a Cream Legbar pullet.
