Injured Peacock with Bad Leg

WHAT AMAZING PEOPLE STILL EXIST..........I DISLIKE 99% OF THE HUMAN RACE. ALL ANIMALS ARE WONDERFUL. I HAVE A YOUNG PEACOCK ON JUST ONE LEG, AS THE OTHER IS INJURED AND JUST HANGING. I live in Miami, where my Cuban neighbors want the bird to kill and steal the feathers!!!!! Just can't stomach these slime balls.
Any ideas as to what I can do. It can fly, however not well and obviously in pain. Breaks my heart. I have water placed near it and some bird seed. PLEASE, WHERE CAN I TAKE IT AND SAVE THIS ANIMAL?? PLEASE, PLEASE...............

I presume Florida works the same as Wisconsin, and here we'd take the birds to the nearest wildlife resource center. Maybe call first in case they can't take them, but should be able to advise you of where you could go with them.

As @Debbie292d suggested, contact your WRC.
If they cannot help, you could find out if there is a reserve or bird sanctuary near you that can give you help.
