16w old Splash Wyandotte - Hen or Roo?

I was sold this bird as a RLB Wyandotte female chick. Well, it doesn't seem like it's quite a RLB, but it is a female or male is the real Q now. It's 16w old. Also wouldn't mind opinions on the Lavender Orp while you're peeking. Thanks!
