17 chickens, 1 egg a day - moulting? When will it stop?

Into my 3rd week maybe of getting 1 egg a day from 17 hens, maybe 2 a day if I'm lucky. 6 hens are this year's chicks, so I don't think they've started laying (black sex links and golden comets, so they should start soon). But my other 11 hens are between 1 and 3 years old, and usually are pretty productive, giving me 8 to 10 eggs a day normally through the summer. They just shut off out of nowhere a couple weeks ago. I have a light on in the coop - 14 good hours of light. Noticed a lot of feathers in the coop, so I think they're moulting. How long will this dry spell last and should I do anything to help them along?

The laying is best in the first two years though, so maybe the three year- olds are not laying as well now.
If they are moulting though, giving them some cheese, or another calcium booster could help speed along the process of moulting.

Good luck!
