17% Layer Crumbles for 2 week old ducks?

My local feed said it would be alright to switch my 2 week old ducks from a 20% starter/grower to a 17% layer crumble.

Is there gonna be an issue in using it or should I return it find something else? I was trying to buy in town rather than driving to our local TSC.

Its up to you, your birds but me, I would go with the grower

They are to young for the layer. They do not need all the extra calcium. You want grower also called developer mix.
