17 Week Easter Egger Gender?

So, I began suspecting my pullet was a cockeral several weeks ago, but as a first-time chicken owner, I was unsure. After reading last night, I'm fairly certain I will not be getting any pretty eggs from this fella, but would love an experts advice. From what I've read, there are hackle and saddle feathers, and the burnt red on the wings indicates a gentleman. So, pullet or cockeral:







 
Thank you all. Now to decide if he's big enough to eat or not. I'm in the city limits where I'm not supposed to have chickens at all (though the neighbors don't care), so he needs to go somewhere.
 
he's is very pretty and instead of eating him you might be able to find him a good home were he can live out his days with some lovely ladies instead. just a thought as i could never butcher any of my flock
