17TH ANNUAL CASEY CO. KY CONSIGNMENT AUCTION

Saturday, March 26, 2011 @ 9:00 a.m. (EDST)

Location: 7 miles south of Liberty KY on U.S. Hwy 127 at KY 910/501 junction

Commission: minimum $1; $7-$100: 15%; $101-$300: 10%; $301 & over: 6%

NOTICE: Health (CVI) papers required on ALL livestock at unloading including out-of-state fowl (fowl from KY excluded). All horses require negative Coggins test and health (CVI) papers

No fowl or small animals may be consigned before noon Friday, March 25, 2011

ALL CAGES MUST SELL WITH BIRDS AND PETS


All proceeds from auction will go to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Dr. Morton's Clinic for Special Children, and similar institutions.

MINI-BARNS/STORAGE SHEDS
Various sizes mini barns and sheds expected

HORSES/LIVESTOCK
We expect: Consignments of driving horses such as Standardbreds, Saddlebreds, draft horses, mixed and more; calves (dairy & beef); goats; sheep; pigs; & etc.

TACK
Large selection of tack including used and new harnesses, (1) bio draft team set harness; (1) 14-15 hands bio spotted team set harness; (3) bio mini harness; saddles; bridles; breast collars; standard collars; halters; curry combs; brushes; various snaps; links; and miscellaneous harness hardware; blankets: waterproof and storm proof; various sizes, colors, and cuts; new and used.

HAY
Various lots of hay expected: grass, alfalfa, timothy, and mixed

FARM MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT
Manure spreaders, plows, cultivators, bush hogs, sickle bar mowers, lawn mowers, and much more expected to be consigned.

LUMBER AND FENCE POSTS
Various lots of structural lumber, boards, and boxing and fence posts.

POULTRY & SMALL ANIMALS
Many, many lots in this category are expected. Two auction rings are planned. Chickens, pheasants, peafowl, ducks, fryers, guineas, turkeys, rabbits, sheep, goats, and much more.

FIREWOOD
(2 or more) ricks of firewood

HAND TOOLS AND SMALL EQUIPMENT
Manure forks, hoes, hydraulic cylinders, chain saws, and miscellaneous machine parts are expected

TYPICAL HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
These lots are expected to include stoves, chest-of-drawers, dressers, beds, kitchen supplies and utensils, chairs, tables, and much more.

NURSERY STOCK & PLANTS
Many lots of nursery stock--berries, bushes, tomatoes, cole crops--and similar items expected

FRESH SORGHUM MOLASSES & HOMESTEAD CHEESE
Sorghum molasses in various-sized containers, a variety of cheese flavors all locally produced (*Note: The Gouda cheese is the BEST!)

All consignments in the above or similar categories are welcome.

No guns will be sold; No dogs or cats.
Committee reserves the right to refuse any consignments
