17th or 18th day

Ok,do we turn the eggs for the last time on the 17th day, and lock down the 18th day, or turn them on the 18th day and then lock them down after the last turn on the 18th day? ?
So confused on this? ?

It doesn't really matter all that much.
Just turn them on day 18 (or remove the auto-turner) and then do not touch them till after they hatch.
You want the chicks to settle into hatching position and you want to bring up the humidity.
So you don't want to be opening up the incubator or rolling the eggs around.
