18% Protein On Organic Starter

wondering about the food Ive got here for the Freedoms due to arrive tommorow. I live in Klamath Falls, only organic chick food, (and non organic as well) is 18%
The JM hatchery states on his website to start on 23%/ I cant get that...so should I supplement protein somehow? Also should I buy electrolites for the water?

Nothing says the electrolytes will be organic and POOF there goes your reason to do organic.

You can add eggs to the starter to get the protein up, or go with gamebird starter.

Do you have a feedmill nearby?
