Do all silkies have kind of rough feathers for wings? Or is this a sign of male/female? Not sure if I have a Dottie or a chip!!!!! Lol and what color assortment is he/she?!?!

Both sexes can have some feathers like that, though it is supposedly common for males to have more of them. The width of the comb here makes me think you have a boy though.
