18 week old hens

I have 7 18 week old hens and 1 18 week old Roo. We are waiting on them to start laying. They free range about 2 hours a day.

This is our coop and run. Do we need anything else in our coop/run?

A few of our hens have gotten larger redder combs and waddles in the past few weeks.

Very nice! Waiting is the hardest part, but you'll eventually get eggs

Do they free range in the yard? What's the square footage per bird?

They will lay soon. Maybe at 20-22 weeks
