18 week old pullet sleeping a lot

I’m not sure if she’s possibly egg bound. She hasn’t laid an egg yet but she started laying around, a lot less active , falling asleep standing up, not her normal self the last 3 days. Still seems to be eating drinking. Not sure what this could be? No signs of infection anywhere. Any ideas ?

She does have symptoms of infection, though the infection is likely from ingesting bacteria while out free ranging. Does she leave the run to scratch around in decomposing material anywhere? Often, putrid material harboring either mold, or bacteria or insects carrying bacteria are found in the lower layers of stagnant soil. Does that call to mind any places you've observed her the past few days?
