18 week old Pullets

This might bee the wrong thread .I ordered some 18 week old pullets[ this is my fist time getting chickens] ,and i am wondering what I should do day by day should I give the hens space or spend time with them.Please leave some advice

Have their coop set up with food and water and just let them be. Restrict them to just the coop for a day or two. They will be stressed from the move. Give them a few days to settle in. Open the coop to the run and let them explore the outside but make them return to the coop at night even if it means placing them in the coop at dusk. If you plan on letting them free range, you will want to leave them in the run for at least one week until they start putting themselves to bed at night and they equate the coop as their safe home.
