Welp, they probably aren't doing either, but they are both clear roos.

Especially if they have another rooster they may not crow/crow often cause they're not the dominant rooster

Both are boys. I'm completely sure. I see male saddles.

I see saddle feathers but I am not an expert on anything. This is the first time I've hatched these breeds. I'm sticking with my Bielefelder's, even I can sex those lol

Only boys will have pointed saddles they'll usually get those before sickles (they also usually get pointed hackles pretty early but those can be harder to identify when laying flat on the bird)
