18 week pullet attacked, help!

For future reference for others I thought I’d update this thread. Healing has been a long process we’re four weeks in now. Here’s what I did for treatment. I used vetericyn to clean the wound 3x a day the first week. After patting it dry I slathered it in medical honey link here: https://www.cvs.com/shop/cvs-health-manuka-honey-wound-gel-0-5-oz-prodid-1160677 and then mixed in plain neosporin. I did not wrap any wounds and she left them alone for the most part. After the first week I only cleaned and treated it 2x a day and after the second week I switched to once a day or if she’s gotten it dirty outside. I have kept her separated in a dog crate in the house for the past 4 weeks. She had about 4 scabs that formed and then fell off each time the wound itself got smaller and skin looked healthier underneath. She was allowed a lot of outside time each day and even short supervised free range visits with the rest of the flock. As you’ll see in the photos it was a long healing process so anyone with good advice on reintegrating her into the flock I’d love to hear it! I have a small crate in the run I’m working on leaving her in there to try and let them get used to each other again.

It has taken a lot of loving care and treatment time, but I’ve seen again chickens are quite resilient she laid her first egg 3 days into this injury and only takes one day off each week! She’s been acting like her normal self for the most part after only the first couple of days! So now the big task of getting her back with the rest of the flock, again anyone with experience with this please let me know how it went and what you did to get them all back together.

I would do it like any other chicken. See but not touch for a week or two and then supervised full integration and if it goes well let her have at it
