Hi!.. I'm still a newbee. My silver laced wyandotte pullets are 19 weeks old and waiting for eggs. Any ideas???

Not really in the grand scheme of things they lay pretty much like other dual purpose breeds do. Leghorns and Rhode Island as well as Black Sex Link or golden comets tend to lay early. Most birds need the full 24 weeks to be large enough to have matured.
The giant breeds take more like 8 to 12 months to start laying so 24 weeks is not long.
