19 weeks...finally worth it all!!

Our first 2 eggs came yesterday (9/18). Exciting!!! The neighbors celebrated too! 3 more today... i cant stop smiling!!! :}

I'm still waiting, my 5 pullets are almost 18 weeks old!!! I thought they were bought on April 4 but my husband informed me it was May 4th so they were about 2 weeks old on May 4th

Dee88... i purchase my chicks april 27...you cant be too far off. i love my girls...now they are just cool

Mine are EEs, so I expect they'll take longer. They're about 18-19 weeks. BUT, two of them joined in the EGG SONG today with an older hen. Isn't that sweet? Of course, I missed it, but my husband said it was cute, in an adolescent, cracky voice kinda way!! LO. Can't wait for their eggs.

First eggs are way cool! Congrats....also fun when you get one of those double yolkers that they sometimes lay during the first couple months.
