19 wk old pullets "layer or grower??

My 1st post!! I have 14 19 wk old pullets and not sure what to feed or buy, as not laying yet. Layer or continue grower? Some look very close to laying, others still look a bit immature, so I don't want to switch yet. Any advice would be great...thanks.

You can contiune feeding them grower and offer oyster shells for the lack of calcium in their feed thats what i do since i have a mix aged flock and everyone healthy. If you gove layer to the youngster it could hurt them in the long run.
