That's completely normal at only a few hours old. Ducklings are all crunched up in their shells and it takes a day or two for them to fully stretch out and get their land legs. Just make sure you have them on duckling starter feed with the correct amount of niacin. I still give a booster of some poultry cell for the first couple of days even on a duckling starter feed.
