1egg late..what do i do

We hatched 6 eggs...the last one hatched Sunday....the 7th eggs should have hatched on Sunday...it doesn't peep..but when I candle it I see it breathing...I did poke a small hole in top of egg yesterday. So I figure the chick is very weak..probably something wrong...do I help it hatch ...thanks
