I agree with Ridgerunner Since its day 21 id leave them in.I’d leave it alone at this point. You’re likely to do more harm than any good to try to take it out. To me, the big advantage of taking the turner out is that it will get all slimed by the hatching chicks. Taking it out makes clean-up easier.
Some people hatch with them upright in egg cartons and seem to do OK.
yea i opened it for 5 seconds. i know humidity and all but i am excited.
