1st duck hatch. Duck cold?

My first lil duck hatched yesterday. Every once in a while it shakes its head and something (not thick) comes out of its nostrils. Is this normal?

It was doing it before it had its first drink.

Is it acting sick? I wonder if it got the fluid from in the eggs up in it's nostrils and it was shaking it out. I have never noticed that happen with any I have hatched.

Not acting sick. It may be ok, just curious. Its clear fluid.
