Well I have the Texas A&M variety and I checked by the vent. It's pretty definitive

The first and second ar Roos and the third u have to vent sex it's pretty easy grab its but hole between your pointer and thumb squeeze jentley if white foam stuff comes out its a male if not female it is if still unsure google vent sexing coturnix quail there might even be a video of it being done
