1st Hatch: 27 Orp Eggs in the 'bator now, wish me luck!

I've got 3 blue or splash eggs (splash hen X blue roo)
and 24 black any of whom could become speckled

I put the blue eggs in the center of the 'bator and am hoping for the best. I have no plan to candle this bunch, I will only monitor temp/humidity.

I had to remove ALL the water from my bator in order to get the humidity near to the right place... so will be ready with wet washcloth strips or egg shaped paper towels to place in the corners of the turner for humidity if it's necessary.

Please wish me luck, I'm very eggcited to see what happens.

I am very concerned that you have no water in your incubator. I cannot imagine what you're doing, but best of luck.

well.. with even the slightest amount of water (and I did this for over 24 hours) they humidy is at 69%

without water, the humidity is at 45-49%....

what would you do?
