1st Hatch with Incuview- Question(s)

I didn't take out the turner rack. They seem to be ok with it in. The ones that were upside down are the ones that hatched so I'm happy about that!
I left mine in too for the first hatch, I found it to work well, held them from being rolled around too much but still allowed some movement needed to hatch, especially the side pippers. Have tried cut down egg cartons before and found them to be too restrictive.

Will take rack out this next hatch as I have made a divider to separate crosses,
we'll see if the rolling/pinballing is an issue.

Wow super cool! Let us know how it works!

My hatch has been pretty good so far. I did end up moving 7 chicks (very quickly!) out of the incubator this morning. It was getting wild in there and they were all dry. It worked out fine and a few others have hatched today. Waiting on 2 more to completely hatch and 3 left without pips. Leave those in for another day or two?

I like to take them out in groups of at least 3...I too remove them once dry and rowdy.

@aart couple of questions for you. How did you calibrate/test out the hygrometer that came with? Hows it looking with your seperator? I'm thinking of making something similar
