1st incubator hatching help!

This is my very first time hatching baby chicks and I have 6 that have hatched already, but this one has this attached to it’s bottom??? Do I need to do something?

I dont. It should dry up on its own. Give it a few hours. If it doesnt come off by then, just snip it shorter with scissors

Hi- first time posting, but have incubated a lot of chickens etc... and I would say don’t touch it. It should dry and eventually fall off.
