1st pip & chicks arrived on the same day!

It's busy around here today!

Just got my 1st pip of my first ever hatch. Hope to have 24 more pips & hatches before it's over with. Just on Day 20. Also just got a box of 25 healthy, loud Barred Rocks from Meyer today. Ordered those as a backup in case my incubating experience went horribly wrong. Didn't want to have everything ready and no chicks!

It's amazing how baby chicks can make a grown man get so excited.

Sounds like a busy day for sure--Fun though! You do know that we need pictures right? It's not nice to brag about all the fuzzy butts and not post pictures.
