I wanted to share my kids did their 1st 4-h show this past weekend and we only entered 4 birds because i did not want to get overly complicated since it was the 1st one and to my surprise we had 3 place! and one got champion bird in her class! I am so excited and so were the kids! Our little red white laced Cornish pullet won champ so now i would like to find her a mate and breed her. Does anyone know of a decent breeder that may have a roo for sale?
We entered a JG roo 3rd place a Light Brahma 2nd place and a RIR that did not place but i think it was because she is too small. My kids are hooked as am i it was so much fun. Of course my son is over the moon with his 7.50 winnings lol
