Glad you could join the flock! What adorable chicks you have there!! I love your pic everyone looks very happy there. I too love raising chicks, it's such a rewarding experience and sure is lots of fun.

We really enjoy bringing them treats, helping them to get to their run and free range. To others it might sound like a bother, but it gets Chloe up out of bed every day now with NO trouble. So sweet.
 
It is great to have kids help you with them and as you say gets them up and about and in some fresh air!! Is Chloe your daughter in the pic? I too spend a lot of time helping my chickens around when they are free ranging. They are polish so with the fancy crests they can't see well and often panic when they get a bit lost.
My son too likes to get out with ours for strokes and cuddles
