1st time chicken owner

I have a 12 week old chicken and I think she has dislocated her hip, she has been fine until 2 days ago, I hadn't noticed any accidents and she has no cuts anywhere, when she walks her hip looks like it is popping out and i can hear it aswell sometimes, she is still eating and drinking and putting weight on her leg but is limping with every step, she has now started panting, I did isolate her from the others in a much smaller enclosure but this really distressed so I put her back and she seemed alot calmer, does this sound familiar to anyone,

Have you checked it out? Any swelling, redness, etc.? How high is the roostong bar?

There slight redness, no swelling, can't feel any breaks and tye roost bar is about 4 inches off the ground
